Six For Every One

At night alleys undulate with them. Social masses that chirp and screech like their human counterparts on the dancefloor. They are so much like us that science has plotted its greatest experiments against them to save us. So much like us, that we are repulsed at their sight. What's the problem, woman on the chair with the brown rat underneath? Do you not see the beauty? Why are you screaming? Can you not love yourself?
