You Look Good

I met you in a bar on a Sunday evening. It was early. The sun was setting. You were doing a crosssword with teeth chattering. I sidled up. You called a guy, who drove a car and met us out in front of The Warsaw. We ponied up to split a bag of white stuff. Slipped into the bathroom, did bumps right off of the porcelain, made out against the sink. Commented on the grafitti. Tumbled out bright as stars, jabbering about our trips to Mars, and showing off our ancient scars. You kissed me hard, bit my lip, slapped my cheek, pushed the powder in my hand and jetted. Don't you even remember?
